- Location - The hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of downtown and the financial district.
- Restaurant - The hotel's dining room is located on the lobby level floor. The restaurant is medium in size and reasonably decorated in pale colours contrasing with dark wooden durniture.
- Rooms - All 84 rooms are medium in size on average. They are all with a private balcony and the private bathroom is in fair condition. The design and decor are simple.
