- Exterior - It is a twenty storey building with two panoramic elevators offering a view of the city.
- General - This is the newest hotel in the area offering a modern health club and well equipped fitness club. There is a Turkish sauna and massage upon request. There are convention halls for 20-700 guests and seminar facilities. It is a good alternative to tel aviv. June 98.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and along with the rest of the public areas is attractively decorated with a light,marble floor and panoramic windows overlooking the sea. It has Italian style furniture.
- Location - This hotel is located on the seaside with easy access to the beach. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
- Restaurant - There are three dining rooms,the main dining room on the ground floor,decorated in dark colours,the dairy restaurant,yummi,offering light,dairy meals,and el gaucho restaurant which offers south American cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and in good condition. They are decorated in the same pleasant,modern style and overlook the mediterranean. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
