- Exterior - This is a stone building consisting of five floors with green windows and balconies.
- General - This property situates the visitor for convenient access to every sites.Offers banqueting facilities only. There are no other facilities; such as swimming pool or health club as expected in a sf class hotel july 99.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with a light,marble floor,coloured carpeting and brown furniture.Adjacent to the lobby is the lobby bar charming and welcoming.
- Location - The kings hotel is situated in the centre of Jerusalem next to the great synagogue and ten minutes walking distance from the old city.
- Restaurant - The dining-room can seat upto three hundred and fifty people. It is decorated in light colours with wooden furniture.
- Rooms - The seventy rooms on the kings floor have balconies and are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The remaining rooms have not been renovated and they do not have balconies. They,along with the bathrooms are in good condition.
