- Lobby - The hundreds of years old olive tree dominates the medium sized lobby. Traditionaly designed and modernly furnished. Decorated in dark colours. The lounge and bar facilities adjacent to it.
- Location - The brand new olive tree hotel enjoys a location between the old and the new city of Jerusalem, a short walking distance from the city's holy sites.
- Restaurant - The dining room is situated at the lobby level ,offering traditionalmiddle eastern and oriental dishes . It is medium in size ,decorated in warm colours.
- Rooms - There are 305 bedrooms all of which are spacious and well furnished to the same standard, with climate control , cable tv , fax-modem,a voice mail and a digital locked doors.
