- Exterior - A unique architechtural style, beautifully restored historic building
- General - The hotel is the most famous hotel in Israel , a historicand traditional hotel that has entertained many vips including presidents prime ministers, and film stars from all over the world. This is an absolutely fabulous five star dlx property. April 2001.
- Lobby - The reception area is very palatial, with traditional dark wooden walls, polished marble and carpeted seating areas. The furniture is very traditional, almost victorian. The lobby has a long corridor that has banquet rooms located off it. At the lower level area, the mini shopping arcade which has a hairdresser, jeweller and galleries.
- Location - The hotel has a prime location, a short walk away to the old city, and the shopping area is a two minutes drive.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is downstairs from the reception area , the food served is of the highest quality, and is a mixture of local and traditional dishes. The other restaurant is smaller and is located next to the reception, less informal, and serves traditional dishes.
