- Exterior - This is a concrete, 2-storey building facing the Edom Mountains.
- General - There is a private beach for guests and a solarium on the roof. April 2001.
- Lobby - The lobby is very large; 800 square metres. It has a white marble floor, cane furniture and has been decorated in lively colours. There is a snack-bar and a bar leading off the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is located on the shore of the Dead Sea.
- Restaurant - The dining room seats up to 270 guests and is decorated in blue and white.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and decorated in vivid colours of blue, purple, red and yellow. Half of the rooms face the Edom Mountains and the other half the sea. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms are in good condition.
