- Location - The hotel is situated close to the beach in the area where many of the hotels in Eilat are to be found and is near the "New York - New York" restaurant.
- Restaurant - The main dining room is situated on the ground floor and is decorated in blue and green.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and in good condition as are the bathrooms. The rooms also have a colour scheme of blue and green.
