- Exterior - This is a modern building, opened 2 years ago.
- General - There is a swimming-pool, heated in the winter with a tanning area and upon request a buffet service. A large parking Lot is available to guests. April 2001.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with large windows, plenty of plants and a balcony facing the sea. The floor is brown marble with matching green/brown upholstery and straw furniture.
- Location - The Shalom Plaza hotel is located above the city-airport and is within 10 minutes walk from the beach.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a buffet dining room which serves as a restaurant, and an additional dining-room for 120 people.
- Rooms - The Shalom Plaza has 146 rooms, 25 sq metres in size, half of which view the red-sea and 80% have balconies. They have green carpets, green upholstery and bedding together with mahony furniture. All rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with a mini-bar or mini-fridge.
