- Exterior - Constructed in 1984 and fully renovated in 1994, the hotel is a modern custom styled building consisting of 12 floors.
- General - This famous hotel is known for its vibrant atmosphere, many facilities and entertainment programmes. The hotel has nightly live performances, extensive activities and entertainment programmes, a discotheque and a yacht pub. February 2001
- Lobby - There is a large entertainment lobby with a dance floor in the middle with a brown and green colour scheme.There is also a charming bar.
- Location - The hotel is located on the north shore, directly on the lagoon. It is conveniently close to most of the city's major attractions.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a table-chef tended buffet in the main dining room and the Chinese table and the poolside grill for light meals in the open or under the shelter of the oasis dome. There is also a cafe with dairy meals on the quayside and the French brasserie which offers an a la carte menu.
- Rooms - The rooms are modern in style and furnishing with wall to wall carpeting, air conditioning, telephone, balcony and private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with safety water sprinklers for fire hazard.
