- General - This is a 3 star hotel classified as a superior class hotel. Hotel has a meeting room and a garden restaurant adjacent to the hotel serving local specialities at reasonable prices. July 2000
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size and simple in design and decor . It leads to hotel's meeting room and lobby lounge.
- Location - The shepherd hotel is situated in the heart of Bethlehem , not far from Bethlehem university and the church of the nativity is 10 minutes away.
- Restaurant - Hotel's dining room is located at the lobby level . It is spacious and decorated with resting colours. Local cuisine served by efficient staff.
- Rooms - All 85 rooms are small in size on average . Decor and furnishing are basic but sufficient . Each room has a minibar and a private deposit box. The large windows are all double glazing .
