- Exterior - This is a modern building built in white stone.
- General - Classified as superior tourist class hotel, suitable for pilgrims. The interior of the hotel does not reflect the exterior, which lacks any character. The front facing rooms are slightly noisy due to the proximity of the main road. It is a small, family run hotel and is a little old-fashioned. April 2001
- Lobby - The lobby is small and simple in design. There are lounge and bar facilities adjacent to it.
- Location - The hotel is located at the entrance to Bethlehem, 200 metres from Rachel's tomb with the Church of Nativity and Manger Square approximately 10 minutes away.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is spacious.
- Rooms - The rooms are very basic in style and decor but reasonably attractive and comfortable. They are small in size but are, on the whole, in good condition.
