- Location - The Holiday Inn Ashkelon resort hotel is situated on a pristine cliff on Ashkelon's northern mediterranean shores and close to the city's new marina.
- Restaurant - The main dining room is located on the ground floor overlooking the beach, offering an Israeli and international cuisine . Dining facilities includes the rosemarin restaurant.
- Rooms - 139 standard rooms ,29 deluxe rooms located on the business floor featuring and executive lounge that offers food and meals throughout the day 39 chalet rooms located on the 1st floor and 10 duplex suites at the 8th floor. Each of the 217 tastefully furnished guest rooms and suites has the magnificent view of the sea.
