- General - This first class property offers some of the best accommodation Acre has to offer. April 2001
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and has a light, marble floor. Adjacent to the lobby is a spacious seating area.
- Location - This hotel is located at the entrance to the city, just 10 minutes' drive from the city centre on the shore of Acre.
- Restaurant - The main dining room is spacious and bright.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size but the majority are average in size. The design is modern and they are decorated mainly in grey. 80% of the rooms are in good condition and the remaining 20%, the familly rooms, are in very good condition. All of the bathrooms are in very good condition.
