- Exterior - This is a traditional building combining red brick and white walls. Large bay windows are at the front and a car Park is right in front of the hotel. The hotel has 3 floors.
- General - This hotel is very comfortable and elegant with beautiful lounge rooms. Mar 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, elegant in appearance with sofas and chairs available. The decor is bright and tastefully furnished. It feels very welcoming.
- Location - The Grand hotel is located on the main street in central Wicklow. It is less than an hours drive from Dublin.
- Restaurant - The wentworth restaurant uses the best local produce and serves a variety of menus. A stylish room with well spaced seating, plants and floral curtains to emphasise elegance.
- Rooms - The rooms of the Grand hotel vary in size, 95% are large and 5% are medium in size, they are kept in good condition and the bathrooms are in very good condition. The few deluxe rooms are very large with high ceilings and bay windows with floral decor in pastel pink. Other rooms are similar with frilly curtains and flowers.
