- General - The hotel has a brand new leisure centre, with a steam room, jacuzzi and gymnasium. (0798/0400ka)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional in style, with limited seating available.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the town of Knock, a short walk from the famous shrine and basilica. The airport is ten miles away and it is a distance of fifty miles to Galway.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant, and the sportsman bar often has weekend entertainment.
- Rooms - The bedrooms all have full facilities and most have double and single beds as standard. They have been renovated within the last few years and are in very good condition.
