Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a modern building shaped in the style of a pyramid with a low rise extension at the back.
- General - Hotel is ideal as a stopover between shannon and Limerick and is now of a very good standard, having been completely renovated over the last year. Over a million pounds was spent on refurbishments in 2000 alone to date.
- Lobby - Medium sized lobby completely renovated in early 2000. Now very modern and stylish.
- Location - Hotel is located on the busy dual carriage way from shannon airport to Limerick city. Shannon airport is twenty minutes drive away. The hotel is just outside the city centre but within easy reach of tourist attractions.
- Restaurant - The pyramid restaurant is situated off the lobby and is decorated in peach and navy. It offers a range of dishes including local Irish ones. The hotel has also opened a brand new less formal bar/restaurant adjacent to the main building on the theme of a railway carriage and is impressive for both group dining (on request) and functions.
- Rooms - The 123 rooms have recently been refurbished and are all medium in size. The rooms are in excellent condition and are decorated in pastel colours. All rooms have full facilities. Renovations were finished in early 2000.
