- Lobby - The lobby is light, medium in size and has a reception desk and small seating area.
- Location - The hotel is situated one mile from Killarney town centre, and is surrounded by fourteen acres of grounds.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is very bright and attractive and serves a variety of local and International dishes.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and are en-suite. They are in good condition and the decor is tasteful, with rich colours and wood furniture.
