- Exterior - Brand new modern building, set back from the road with own parking.
- General - One of the newest and trendiest hotels in Killarney, the hotel is an excellent property. (ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is large, modern, spacious and very impressive. There is a long reception desk and the waiting area is furnished in a contemporary style.
- Location - The hotel is located on the Muckross road into Killarney. The town centre is a ten minute walk.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is brasserie-style and offers a modern European menu, while the pub serves more traditional Irish food.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and spacious. In keeping with the boutique style of the hotel the decor is very contemporary. All rooms have interactive television and computer points. All rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.
