- Exterior - A low-rise, modern building, built in 1998.
- General - A conveniently located and comfortable hotel.(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and built very much in a traditional style, with oak beams.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the very close to the centre of Killarney. It is a 15 minute drive from Kerry airport.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is decorated in a traditional manner with wooden flooring and serves both set and a la carte meals. The traditional Irish pub serves bar food and a carvery.
- Rooms - The rooms are standardised, medium in size, modern and in good condition. All have satellite television with video, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are all also all in very good condition.
