- Exterior - The building is modern.
- General - The hotel also has an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis and bars and lounges. (0898/0300ka)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and very light and spacious. There is a small reception desk and seating area.
- Location - The hotel is situated just five minutes walk from the centre of Killarney, and is set in its own extensive gardens.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is spacious and well planned and the food is excellent. Every evening there is a five course menu featuring a choice of fresh, beautifully cooked food.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are mostly medium in size and have en-suite bath and shower. The decor is very light with pale pink and peach colours and they are in good condition.
