- Exterior - It is a grand manor house property and is traditional, both externally and internally.
- General - Situated in its own secluded grounds, this hotel offers a very quiet alternative to the town centre.RH 12/02
- Lobby - The lobby is quite small and is flanked by a very comfortable drawing room. The lobby in winter is made all the more homely by a roaring fire.
- Location - This delightful boutique hotel is situated just outside the town on the Muckross road with stunning views of the Kerry Mountains.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is known as one of the best in Killarney with quality and service being uppermost. The restaurant again has stunning views.
- Rooms - The rooms are spacious and are furnished with antique pieces. All rooms are large in size and in fantastic condition, the rooms have a very homely feel about them , most rooms have views of the Kerry mountains, The hotel was very recently completely renovated and all new bathrooms with floor heating have been installed.
