- Exterior - A modern building in yellow and grey brickwork in a traditional baronial style, set within its own landscaped gardens and grounds.
- General - Sheen Falls Lodge is exclusive and opulent. The hotel is well-known as one of the finest in the country and provides a leisure centre, billiards, horse riding, tennis and croquet for guests. There is a golf course and oriental garden amongst the woodland.The hotel grounds also include a private salmon river where any fish caught by a client can be smoked on the premises !(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The reception area and spacious lounges have open log fires and are luxuriously furnished.
- Location - The hotel has a beautiful location on the banks of the Sheen River within the Kenmare valley.
- Restaurant - Sheen Falls prides itself on having one of the most prestigious restaurants in the whole of Ireland. Formal and exclusive, clients have the option of selecting their own wine from the extensive cellars.
- Rooms - All rooms are furnished and decorated to the very highest standard and combine a country manor house feel with contemporary design. The rooms are large and spacious.
