- Exterior - The manor castle dates from the 18th century and is very grand and imposing.
- General - Able to offer fishing rights, tennis, cycling and shooting on its private estate, Ballynahinch Castle is the height of country luxury in a stunning setting.(ML 04/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is traditional and elegant.
- Location - The hotel enjoys a quite spectacular setting on the Connemara coast, set within 350 acres of wooded grounds and walks, overlooking its own salmon river and lakes.
- Restaurant - The grand restaurant specialises in fresh home produce and locally caught fish and features an old world bar and open log fires.
- Rooms - All rooms have views of either the river, mountains or both. They are all individually designed and many have special features such as 4-poster beds or walk through wardrobes.
