- Exterior - This is a low-rise, traditional hotel which was built 40 years ago.
- General - The hotel also has a bar and lounge. A good quality hotel.(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is fairly small but has a comfortable seating area to the rear of a small reception desk.
- Location - The hotel is situated just 2 kilometres from Galway city centre and provides the perfect vantage point for exploring Galway's busy shopping streets.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant is very large and serves a range of Irish and French cuisine.
- Rooms - The hotel bedrooms were all renovated by the end of 1999 and are in very good condition. They are modern and comfortable. Facilities in each room include colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are, on average, medium in size.
