Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a traditional building in Georgian style.
- General - The Eyre Square hotel is in a good Central location and is ideal for groups or fit's. Malcolm lindop august 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, fairly bright with a large reception desk. There are a few seats and sofas also.
- Location - Eyre Square hotel is located in the centre, in the famous Eyre Square and also overlooks the Great Southern hotel.
- Restaurant - The bistro style restaurant is located on the 1st floor and is decorated in dark wood with lots of brass fixtures. The menu is varied.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel vary in size but are generally medium and are kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are of a high standard due to the fact that the hotel is very new, and rooms are decorated in in reds, greens and other warm rich colours. All rooms have full facilities.
