- Lobby - The lobby is a grand entrance hall.
- Location - The hotel has a stunning location on the Sky Road, overlooking the village of Clifden, at the head of a magnificent bay. The 'Twelve Bens' offer a mountainous backdrop.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is renowned and is grand and traditional.
- Rooms - The rooms are sumptuous and traditional. There are a few four-poster rooms and some have jacuzzis or open fires.
