- Lobby - This is large in size with plenty of comfy chairs for guests to use.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of the thriving market town of Ballinasloe.
- Restaurant - Garbally a la carte restaurant serves excellent cuisine in a unique atmosphere. The hotels coffee shop is ideal for a quick snack with its all day buffet and luncheon carvery.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are in good condition. All are en-suite with bath, shower and satellite colour TV while executive rooms boast a spa bath as standard.
