- Exterior - The hotel is a traditional Georgian townhouse.
- General - An excellent 3 star property, with a great location. Family-run and friendly. (ML 04/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional, with dark wooden furninshings and a seating area adjacent to the long reception desk.
- Location - Situated on Parnell Square at the top of O'Connell Street, the hotel has a prime central location.
- Restaurant - The brand new brasserie style restaurant has very impressive surroundings and is lively and well-regarded.
- Rooms - The rooms have all been refurbished and are in very good condition, with light modern decor.
