- Exterior - Traditional street facing Georgian townhouse.
- General - Good standard of accommodation in a convenient location.(ML 07/02)
- Lobby - The small lobby leads into the wine bar lounge area which is adorned with the work of local artist, Paddy Lennon. Traditionally Irish with contemporary touches.
- Location - Situated on Lower Gardiner Street, a short walk from Connolly Station, O'Connell Street and the IFSC.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a good size and brightly decorated in a traditional style.
