- Exterior - A very large, modern hotel.
- General - An excellent hotel, and the Towers is an exclusive wing of the hotel. There is ample parking. (02/01 ML)
- Lobby - The hotel has a very large lobby, with marbled floors and pillars, and comfortable sofas.
- Location - This Hotel is situated in Ballsbridge, Dublin's business area. It is close to the parks, gardens and main shopping area.
- Restaurant - The Kish restaurant specialises in 'A La Carte' seafood, the Embassy Garden offers international cuisine, and the Coffee Dock has informal dining twenty two hours a day.
- Rooms - The rooms are large, in excellent condition and have full facilities. They are decorated in shades of cream, and modern patterns.
