- Exterior - Although the Hotel is fairly new, the exterior is very traditional, with a grand entrance and porter's on the door.
- General - This is an excellent Hotel for its location and standard of accommodation. (0898/0300KA)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and decorated in pale wood, with marble floors. It is moderately spacious with seating available.
- Location - The Hotel is located in the centre of Dublin, opposite the National Concert Hall, in Earlsfort terrace and is a few minutes from St Stephens Green and Grafton street.
- Restaurant - The Hotel has two restaurants, The Alexandra is the gourmet restaurant, which offers a range of continental and irish cuisine. The Plurabelle is a brasserie style restaurant, which is bright and airy with modern decor.
- Rooms - There are 192 rooms, including 9 suites, and each one is spacious and luxuriously comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition, the decor is very bright with peach colours and floral prints.
