- Exterior - The Hotel has an elegant appearance, a traditional, Georgian building that was originally two town houses.
- General - This is an excellent Hotel in a great location. It is discreet and understated.(02/01 ML)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, very bright and welcoming with patterned carpets and attractive blue lamps. There is a large reception desk and an open fireplace.
- Location - The Hotel is located in the centre of Dublin, close to the major shopping district and across the road from the Houses of Parliament and the National Gallery. It is situated in a quiet Georgian street linking St Stephen's Green with Trinity college.
- Restaurant - The Emily room is an elegant restaurant, which offers a comprehensive service, including early morning breakfast. There is a strong emphasis on local dishes. The decor is predominantly green and very attractive.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and are in good condition, having been recently refurbished. The decor consists of pale colours and floral prints.
