- Exterior - Completely refurbished and upgraded in 1992 the hotel has a traditional exterior.
- General - The Trident hotel is home to Yachting International, where one can charter yachts to cruise the south west coast of Ireland. Leisure facilities include sauna, gym, steam room and jacuzzi.(LD 04/03)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size.
- Location - This hotel enjoys a superb waterfront location on the harbour in the picturesque village of Kinsale.
- Restaurant - The award-winning Savannah Waterfront Restaurant isrenowned for its superb sea views and excellent cuisine. The Wharf Tavern provides bar food daily.
- Rooms - The rooms are decorated to a high standard and have all the usual facilities. Many have sea views.
