- Lobby - The lobby is large, modern and functional.
- Location - Situated less than a 5 minute walk from Patrick Street, the hotel overlooks the River Lee on Morrisons Quay.
- Restaurant - The Riverbank Restaurant overlooks the river and serves international and Irish cuisine, whilst the traditional Irish bar offers a less formal environment.
- Rooms - All rooms are termed as suites and are spacious and furnished to a high standard. All rooms feature cable or satellite TV, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities and fax and computer points.
