- Exterior - A modern bright hotel with a black sloping roof, 3 storeys high with attractive square at the front.
- General - The hotel was only opened in 1996 and is an ideal hotel for any traveller. - not visited -
- Lobby - The lobby is reasonably small with a reception desk and modern interior.
- Location - The Templegate hotel is situated a few minutes from the town centre of Ennis thus ensuring a peaceful and relaxed environment.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is very clean and bright with plenty of space around each table. It serves a wide variety of international cuisine and local dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are of a high standard with soft subtle colours for decoration. All rooms are ensuite with full facilities.
