- Exterior - Built in 2000 the hotel is modern, but designed to give the appearance of a traditional grand estate.
- General - The hotel has a wonderful health and leisure spa with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna and steam room. The golf course is of championship standard. A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and a great base for touring the countryside and a short drive from Shannon Airport.(ML 10/01)
- Lobby - The foyer is large and impressive with a sweeping staircase, marbled floor and stained glass windows.
- Location - Situated in the countryside of County Clare on the edge of Ennis town and surrounded by its magificent 18-hole parkland golf course.
- Restaurant - The bar is cosy and intimate, whilst the brasserie style restaurant serves contemporary Irish and European cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are luxuriously furnished in a traditional style and all feature cable TV, trouser press and iron, tea/coffee making facilities and everything you would expect from a first class hotel.
