Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel has been completely renovated after fire and re-opened in early 1998. It faces the quayside on the main route through Waterford. It has a traditional facade and very modern interior.
- General - The new Dooleys bears little relation to the old. It is a very popular hotel which combines the warmth of a family run hotel with brand new rooms and facilities. It was voted the best run hotel in the country by Holiday Ireland for 1998.(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The new hotel lobby is very modern and impressive. It is medium in size with an impressive high ceiling and balcony. There is a small seating area adjacent to the bar.
- Location - This is a family run hotel ideally situated in the heart of Waterford on the bank of the River Suir.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant offers full a la carte and table d'hote menus. The room is quite big and well appointed. The hotel aso now has a traditional Irish bar facing the quayside.
- Rooms - All the rooms have been completely refurbished for 1998.They are medium in size and airy. The new bathrooms are in excellent condition.
