- Exterior - This is a traditional hotel which is situated along the roadside and blends in with the surrounding shops and houses.
- General - The hotel also has a lively bar with live entertainment. This hotel is suitable for any type of traveller or markets. Aug 1998
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size and richly decorated in wood and bright colours. There is not much furniture but this leaves plenty of room for groups and their luggage.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the centre of the town of Clonmel and is approximately 30 miles from waterford and 60 miles from cork. Nearby are the well known comeragh and knockmealdown mountains.
- Restaurant - The 'food fare' restaurant offers table d'hote and a la carte menus in a relaxing room with an interior waterfall. Spacialities of the house include gaelic steak and chicken paschal.
- Rooms - All rooms are ensuite with telephone, radio, tv, hairdryer and double glazed windows. The rooms are medium in size but some are dated and could do with a refurbishment. Overall, the rooms are in good condition and the decor includes brightly coloured bedspreads and curtains.
