- Exterior - Traditional, yellow, street-facing building.
- General - Re-opened after a total refurbishment in 1998, the Quality Benners is a brand new hotel with a great deal of traditional charm and atmosphere. Suitable for groups or FITs exporing Kerry. (0400/ML)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional with deep, rich woods much in evidence.
- Location - The hotel is in Castle Street, the oldest hotel in the town, dating from 1800. Tralee is 20 mins from Killarney and 23kms from Kerry airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is traditional and informal with wooden furniture and open fires.
- Rooms - The rooms are all new and in good condition, with reds and wood decor. They are medium in size. All have satellite TV, trouser press, hair dryer and direct dial telephone. The bathrooms are all new and in good condition.
