- Exterior - This is a traditional hotel with attractive surrounding gardens. The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area of Tralee.
- General - The hotel is a good alternative to Killarney when space is at a premium.(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a marbled floor and lots of space for luggage. There is a small seating area and lots of plants.
- Location - The hotel is situated on the main Killarney road, 4 km from Tralee and 100 km from Shannon airport. It is ideally based for touring scenic 'Ring of Kerry'.
- Restaurant - The garden restaurant has the ambience for relaxed dining. It serves a la carte and table d'hote menus. The decor is quite dated and very plain and simple.
- Rooms - All 52 bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed for comfort and are warm and welcoming. Individually Centrally heated, they each have bath and shower, telephone, radio and tv. The decor is very simple with pastel shades and light fabrics.
