- Exterior - This is a modern 5 storey building with a large Car Park to the rear.
- General - The hotel also has a leisure centre including swimming pool, sauna, beauty treatments and gym. (LD12/02)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and decorated in cream colours. It has occasional seating and a reception desk.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of Tralee, overlooking a lovely town Park which features the Siamsa Tire, Folk Theatre of Ireland and many memorials and statues.
- Restaurant - The galleon restaurant specialises in seafood, but offers a variety of menus to suit all tastes. There is casual dining in the B Bar also .
- Rooms - The 184 bedrooms have bath and shower, radio, tv, hair dryer and are mostly medium in size with pale colours and light wood.
