- Exterior - The hotel is a traditional, luxurious, classic Victorian building which blends easily with its splendid surroundings.
- General - This is an excellent hotel and also has facilities including indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, private 9 hole golf course and a large conference centre. (ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size and exquisitely furnished. It provides an excellent first impression of this grand hotel.
- Location - Hotel is located in Parknasilla, an area of majestic sea-scrapes, rugged mountains and lush woodland. The hotel stands in 300 acres of sub- tropical Parkland and includes a Lake.
- Restaurant - The pygmalion restaurant overlooks the beautiful bay and is tastefully designed and well presented. There are a variety of dishes on offer including local specialities.
- Rooms - The hotel has 84 bedrooms, all with bath/shower, direct dial telephone, radio, multichannel tv, trouser press and hairdryer. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition with floral patterns and deep shades of red and blue. Some rooms have excellent views of the grounds.
