- Location - Situated in the heart of Killarney, the hotel is close to all major hotels and amenities.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is spacious, with large windows overlooking the bar patio area.
- Rooms - The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, the decor is modern, and they are in good condition as are the bathrooms.
