- Exterior - The hotel has a fairly modern facade.
- General - In the very centre of Donegal town, the hotel boasts a superb leisure complex, including gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and sunbeds.(02/01 ML)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional.
- Location - As the name would suggest the hotel is situated in the heart of Donegal town.
- Restaurant - The Ard Eske Room restaurant serves a la carte and table d'hote menus, whilst the less formal Just William's offers a carvery.
- Rooms - All the rooms have been recently refurbished and are in very good condition. They are traditionally furnished and comfortable.
