- Exterior -
- General - Although the hotel bar is very popular locally and has live music most nights during the season, it is in need of renovation. It does have great views but should only really be used for groups on a tight budget. Malcolm lindop october 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is large and bright with plenty of seating areas.
- Location - This modern family run hotel is situated on the top of a hill on the edge of the small town of Youghal. The hotel is beautifully located with the main Waterford road in front and the beach to the rear. The hotel also has use of an 18 hole golf course and horse riding is available too.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the floor below with a south facing aspect towards the beach. Food is of a high standard as is the service.
- Rooms - The rooms feature all of the expected facilities and all rooms are on the same level as the reception. Most are south facing.
