- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is traditionally designed, although a modern structure. There is ample parking.
- General - Ideal as a base for touring the west of Ireland or as a stopping point between Limerick and Galway. The hotel is also useful for Shannon airport.(ML 02/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is fairly small and modern in design.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the old market town of Ennis, on the main road from Limerick to Galway.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants- the pine room serves a la carte and the grill room serves light meals and quick snacks.
- Rooms - The rooms are of an international standard and are well decorated. All are in very good condition and the hotel has an excellent reputation.
