- Location - The Mandarin Oriental Majapahit hotel is located in the central business and shopping district of Surabaya, which is only 15km from the Juanda Airport, around 25 minutes by car to the hotel.
- Restaurant - There are 3 restaurants, featuring euro-asian, oriental seafood and Japanese cuisine. In addition, there is a lobby tea lounge.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and spacious sets a unique standard gold plated fixtures on over-size bath tub, separate shower, water closet and carved wooden sink vanity. Italian marble floors, etched glass shower and water closet doors all enhance the luxury, equipped with modern facilities.
