- Exterior - The hotel is a modern building, with large window fronts.
- General - The hotel is a 5 star hotel, classified as a Superior First class property. Guests are offered comfort and relaxation, as well as the well-equipped gym, swimming pool, video game centre, kid's activities club and a wide variety of water sports for selection like windsurfing diving and snorkelling. - Lobby - Large size in lobby.
- Location - The Bintan Lagoon Resort is located on the north-western shores of Bintan Island, Indonesia, just 45 minutes by ferry from bustling Singapore.
- Restaurant - There is five air-conditioned comfort restaurants, with selections ranging from Singaporean, Continental, Japanese, Mediterranean, Chinese and local cuisine. Refreshing cocktails and snacks are available at the eight lounges, bars and cafe.
- Rooms - Rooms are elegant and decorated with Indonesian touches. The rooms have private balconies offering breaktaking ocean or garden and equipped with remote control colour TV, coffee/tea making facilities, minibar and IDD telephone. A special feature of the rooms are wooden platform nest to the picture window.
