Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a simple, low-rise modern building constructed from white stone - 4 storey, with a small layby at the front of the hotel adequate for coach drop off.
- General - This hotel has an almost perfect location. An ideal mid-range hotel, perfect for exploring Reykjavik. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - Although the lobby is small it is connected to a very elegantly furnished lounge bar with plenty of leather chairs and large sofas.
- Location - It is located very close to the hallgrims church which dominates the town's skyline. It is a 5 minute walk from the old centre of Reykjavik - a fantastic location. Local buses and the airport bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a dining room where breakfast is served aswell as the cafe kim (to the left of the lobby) serving korean food all day. To the right of the lobby through the bar is the raudara restaurant - a traditional Icelandic steakhouse, very popular with groups.
- Rooms - Rooms vary from small to meduim in size and are kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms are very modern and quite simple in design. Light colours are used on the carpets and walls, with green chairs and patterned bedspreads.
