• Exterior - The modern hotel building , its 160 bungalows and numerous leisure facilities are all contained within an attractive sprawling Park.Just outside the main entrance, there ara a series of tourist shops selling souvenirs.
• General -
• Lobby - From the very large lobby, guests have direct access to the indoor swimming pool and the beach area on the lake shore. There is also an open-plan bar on a split level above the reception area.
• Location - On the northern shore of the famous Lake Balaton ( central and western europe's largest freshwater lake ), on the tihany peninsula, this hotel-cum- holiday complex is built right on the water's edge.It is only a 15 mins walk to the small village of tihany and a 10 mins drive to the town of Balatonfured.
• Restaurant - The main restaurant is a short walk across the Park in a low purpose built building with barbeque area and terrace attached. Several bars, coffee shops and snack bars are scattered around the complex, as well as a bowling alley, night club and wine cellar. March 1998
• Rooms - All rooms are medium-sized,are brightly decorated and are in very good condition. They all have balconies and some have wonderful views over the lake(these tend to get booked up very early in the season). Bathrooms are bright and modern and in good condition.
